All of Result CIC’s facilitator-coaches on this programme are what they do –we bring our lived experience of being marginalised, including being discriminated against through race, immigration, because of our disabilities or by being part of the LGBTQ+ community.
Result CIC has been running specialist programmes for marginalised people since 2012 for organisations as varied as the NHS, UK Civil Service, BBC North, the University of Manchester, Greater Manchester Immigration Aid Unit, Manchester Deaf Centre and the Manchester Sickle Cell Unit.
The outcomes speak for themselves:
Participants in 9 of our major programmes for marginalised staff (workshops with 1:1 coaching) have achieved an average of self-assessed increases (measured before and at the end of a programme) of at least 40% against criteria including self-confidence, ability to use their skills and ability to communicate with confidence about themselves.
