I am a seasoned leadership expert, EMCC Senior Coach Practitioner and facilitator who partners with individuals, leaders and teams to navigate complexity and drive meaningful transformation. With a rich background in coaching, facilitation, and leadership, I leverage a range of methodologies to support individuals and teams in unlocking their full potential.
Drawing on a wealth of experience gained in both the humanitarian sector and global leadership roles, most recently as Head of Coaching with the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, I bring a deep understanding of leading through ambiguity, change, and uncertainty, supporting leaders to navigate complex environments with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. I have lived and worked in over 32 countries across the globe and speak fluent French, bringing a cross-cultural lens and dynamic to my work.
I work with clients to develop self-awareness, enhance communication, and foster collaboration. I'm known for my empathetic, insightful approach, my expertise empowers my clients to improve collaboration and make strategic decisions that align with both organisational goals and personal values. I am passionate about supporting Women in Leadership.
I hold a Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Coaching, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Humanitarian Leadership. I also hold an MSC in Child Development and an MA in Executive and Business Leadership Coaching with Distinction. I'm also a Systemic Leadership Constellations Practitioner, a certified Process Consultant through the Society for Process Consulting and am a Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) certified practitioner. I am also on the Board of Trustees for the Costa Foundation and have a passion for the outdoors, taking much of my coaching into nature and the outdoors.
