I am an Associate Coach with lived experience of living and working with Sickle Cell Disease.
My personal journey has shaped a deep understanding of resilience, adaptability, and the importance of self- advocacy qualities that I now bring into my coaching practice.
Having navigated the physical, emotional and financial challenges associated with living with sickle cell disease, I have developed practical strategies to manage energy, maintain wellbeing, and sustain a positive mindset. Through coaching, I have not only improved my own quality of life but have also transformed my experiences into a source of strength and insight for others.
As a coach, I am passionate about supporting individuals facing health challenges, life transitions, or periods of uncertainty. I create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their goals, build confidence, and develop sustainable approaches to wellbeing and personal growth.
My approach is grounded in:
- Empathy and understanding, shaped by lived experience
- Strength-based coaching, that focuses on what’s possible
- Practical tools for managing stress, energy, and mindset
- Empowerment, helping clients take ownership of their journey.
I am particularly committed to raising awareness of sickle cell and advocating for inclusive, compassionate support systems in both personal and professional environments. Through my work, I aim to inspire others to move beyond limitations, recognise their strengths, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives, regardless of the challenges they face.
