I have worked as an Associate Coach with Result since 2023, and I have been involved in the Delta programme for the past 3 years.
I believe in helping people reconnect with their authentic selves rather than reinventing who they are. Through a combination of powerful insights and practical strategies, I support clients to unmask their strengths and unlock their potential.
Taking a whole-person approach, I integrate cognitive, emotional, and embodied intelligence into my coaching practice. My core strengths – honesty, empathy, intuition – form the foundation of my work. Using a multidisciplinary and blended coaching style, I create a space where clients can explore, grow, and achieve meaningful change.
I work across the full spectrum of neurodiversity, specialising in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with Autism and ADHD, to optimise their performance and well-being. I also empower leaders to embrace their authentic style, aligning their values with their impact.
I have been working as a full-time coach for the past 9 years, predominantly in the mental health and wellbeing space, and over the past 5 years I have developed a specialism in working with the neurodivergent community.
I learned about my “neuro-spiciness” initially through the clients I was attracting into my coaching practice, which mirrored my own experiences and challenges. This led me on a path of exploration about my own neurodivergence, and it quickly became both a special interest and a coaching niche.
Prior to becoming a coach, I worked as a chartered quantity surveyor for a global cost consultancy, working on some exciting projects including Kings Cross Masterplan, the London 2012 Olympics and Rolex Headquarters, before transitioning into a head of training role.
I am a recovering people pleaser and hyper achiever, that understands masking all too well, having been on multiple “coming out” journeys, in both my personal and professional life. Outside of work, I love to travel around the world and experience different cultures (69 countries at the last count). I am an ecstatic dancer and I sing in a choir.
