I am passionate about serving the communities in which I belong. This includes working with those people that identify as ADHD or autistic, (although I prefer the term turbo thinkers!), people within the LGBTQ+ community, those that may be at risk of career burn out, and leaders looking to bring forward their authentic style, and align their values with their impact.
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (Advanced SE trainee), and an Internal Family Systems informed coach. I work within businesses providing wellbeing coaching and leadership coaching to individuals at all levels from graduates to CEO's and C-suite executives. I have also coached in schools, prisons and within the charity sector.
My background is in construction consultancy, where I experienced multiple burn outs, before becoming a life coach. I am a recovering people pleaser and restless hyper achiever. I am a champion of neuro-diversity. I work with the whole spectrum of the human experience, unmasking strengths, empowering wisdom, cultivating leadership.
My core strengths are my honesty, humility and intuition. Among my core values are inclusivity. I strongly believe that opportunities should be available to everyone, because our diversity is our strength, and nobody should be left behind. I’m passionate about living my truth and finding truth in others. Courage and authenticity are at the heart of my coaching.
My journey into coaching helped me to break the mold of who I "should" be, and to be all that I can be. It also helped me to recognise that I have been breaking the mold my whole life. Coaching helped me to accept all of my parts, to discover my why and make my why stronger than my fear. This is my hope for all of my clients. When I'm not coaching, I like to read books, collect recipes from around the world, workout at the gym, explore nature, and go to live music gigs.
