‘One of the best sessions I have been on. It was engaging and positive. It challenged some of our ideas as managers and gave us plenty of food for thought.’

What is involved in Diversity and Inclusion Training?
We offer flexible options including:
- group workshops
- individual coaching (which can boost the impact of the group work)
- small-group coaching
- action learning sessions (ALS) to intensively focus on one topic
- any combination of these elements to meet your requirements.
What are the benefits of Diversity and Inclusion Training?
In a core session (e.g. 2–2.5 hours online), participants will:
- become more aware of their privileges, the power they offer and how best to use these
- learn more about the positive impact of greater inclusion
- be able to examine their own thinking and unconscious bias towards people from different backgrounds and with different experiences
- refresh/increase their understanding of the concepts of equality vs. equity and diversity vs. inclusion.
With additional time (1–1.5 hours online) participants can:
- start a development plan, working in small mixed groups
- consider best practice, areas to work further on and initial steps towards further inclusion.
We can also provide summary evaluation reports of training including future recommendations.
