Helpful Resources

Books_main

In April, as we were in the thick of the COVID-19 lockdown, we reflected on the tools that we use extensively during our coaching and training programmes.

We felt that sharing these resources at a time of probable increase in challenges, including mental health, could help. We shared these tools on our website and got some immediate, positive feedback.

We are now pleased to add a couple more, which together with the previous ones, should help in the current situation.

One of these is a questionnaire to gauge how ready we are in adapting to change and how we can manage it better. The other, from renowned author Nancy Kline, is around making time and space to listen well, even if you feel panicked and stressed, as this lets teams work much more effectively.

If you find any of these tools useful, please let us know!
