Winner for our 5th Anniversary

5_birthday_logo_main

Last month we launched a scheme to celebrate our fifth birthday by offering 5 free coaching sessions to a nominated person.

We called on you to help us to identify someone for whom the offer of free coaching could make a real difference. What we didn't expect was an individual from an innovative organisation to want to run their own further nomination process for 30 young staff.  After carefully considering all nominated people, we’ll be working with an individual from Creative Experts who deliver solutions in the community as well as business.

Nominator Nathaniel Hall says:

"We're delighted to be offering free coaching from Result CIC to our talent pool of young emerging creatives. I received professional coaching from Andy a couple of years back and it completely revolutionised my approach to work as a freelance practitioner - the opportunity to offer this to other young developing creative talent on the Creative Experts' programme is hugely exciting."

But that’s not all. Result CIC is committed to reaching people who may not normally be able to benefit from coaching, so we’ll be contacting all of the people who were nominated to see if our inclusion fund can support their needs.

Thanks to all of you who took the time to help us.

If you'd like to know more, read about about our inclusion fund.
