Blog_main_generic_workshop_1

Manchester's LGF want to run a series of 1 hour sessions during staff meetings, to consider some of the ongoing issues which have been more challenging to address internally.

Result CIC have suggested a first session for an overall look at the issues and to decide on the topics to be discussed in three follow up workshops:

What are the difficulties in living the Mission statement?
What does the mission statement mean in day to day activities?
What are beliefs and values?

Topics to cover in next sessions:

Criminal record checking – volunteer court case, sexual assault
Inappropriate banter in the office – professional boundaries
Conduct when not at LGF
