'A fantastic organisation with lived experience - blown away - excellent!’

Feedback from our workshop at Advance HE's EDI Conference in March has been incredible.

When you're a small organisation making decisions about where best to allocate funds, such as thing as a conference can seem like 'would like' rather than a 'must have.'

It was very clear, however, that these two days would be well worth being part of. So, not only did we decide to attend the conference, we also sponsored it, ensuring greater visibility for our organisation and the chance to make meaningful contact with attendees.

Our experience within the HE sector, having worked with the University of Manchester, Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Birmingham, for example, stood us in good stead, providing opportunities to reconnect with former clients and make new contacts.

We also delivered a 'sold out' workshop on the conference's first day - ‘What are you hiding - and why? An invitation to explore unrecognised and unheard experiences among disabled H.E staff - and what can happen when untapped potential is released.’

Not only was it clear within the first hour that our decision to sponsor the conference had been the right one, given the interest shown in what Result CIC does and who we are, but our workshop provided some genuine insight and support to attendees.

One spoke to us about the impact of the workshop - see what she had to say below.

Whether we met you at the conference or not, our work in supporting the development of EDI practice in Higher Education and in other sectors, such as health, the civil service, and charity might be of interest to you or your organisation. Take a look at who we have worked with here.

And if you'd like to chat about how we might work together, get in touch.

We are what we do and we love what we do.
