1: What we do

Result CIC is an award-winning Community Interest Company (CIC) promoting social inclusion. Established in 2012, we offer the following bespoke services: 

• EDI consultancy and training for organisations to boost equity, diversity and inclusion 
• Person-centred coaching
• Personal and professional development training
• Leadership development programme

Our coaching and development programmes are aimed at, and delivered by, people with experience of being socially excluded and marginalized as a result of one or more of the following factors:

• Disability or Deafness
• Neurodiversity
• Mental health challenges
• Sexual identity
• Ethnic origin
• Immigration status
• and/or who have experienced discrimination on grounds such as racism or sexism.

Our programmes are never 'off the shelf' but are designed around the individual needs of the person or organisation using our services.

2: Who do we work with?

We work with anyone who feels excluded because of disability, race, sexuality, neurodiversity, sexism, or being a refugee. Or it could be another reason. We can support people to overcome issues which may be stopping them from achieving all their potential. This is the same process if they are a Chief Executive or currently not working. We can help to get them where they want to be, personally and professionally.

• an introductory paragraph about you 
• something about your experience and how it supports RESULT 
• why you feel you are 'confidently different' (the company tagline) 

Please include any links you'd like to include eg: if you have a website or Linkedin profile, and once you send it over I'll make the profile live and start sharing the information on our social channels.

Photos
We need a photograph of you too. Please send one to Rob. As you can see from the other photos of associates, they are all in portrait format (as opposed to landscape) so it's helpful if you can send a photo that is that shape. If not, Rob can crop it. Images should be up to 1mb in size. If you're not sure, send one anyway and if it's too small Rob will be in touch.
