Result CIC is proud to design and deliver a wide range of programmes with partners as diverse as the Civil Service, universities, and small charities. Coaching is almost always at the heart of such programmes.
Did you know that we also offer specialist individual coaching? This type of flexible support, run 1:1 online, can be ideal when you find yourself:
- at a bit of a crossroads in your life or career – unsure which direction to take
- changing jobs or roles and needing support through a transition
- losing confidence, possibly because of your minority status or differences and the way others are responding to you
- starting a new more responsible role, perhaps as a leader.
There are many great coaches out there, so what could make our coaching right for you? It is the lived experience of exclusion which our associate coaches bring. Whether its connected to race, sexuality, mental health, disability, another factor or a combination of these, we can offer you a coach who will understand your personal starting point. This firstly creates a safer space for the coaching conversation. It also lets you can progress more efficiently as you will not need to explain the detail of your experience and can focus on how you want to develop.
Over the past year Result has provided individual coaching for:
- someone doing their first job as a CEO
- several individuals who finished our programmes and chose to continue with coaching because they found it so beneficial
- someone needing to move on from a toxic team at work
- someone experiencing discrimination at work and wanting fresh options.
One long-term client, an experienced CEO who has had several sets of 1:1 coaching with us said:
‘Coaching from a position of lived experience is essential to relate to the specific barriers that marginalised people face in their lives and careers.'
Another client commented, 'The coaching sessions have really changed my life in many ways. I learned so much about myself to change things in my life.'
Result can provide you with a tailored package of coaching sessions to meet your needs. This often includes an initial ‘chemistry call’ to check compability with your coach, plus a mid- and end-point review of your progress.
