My AuDHD Brain and Me

Blank space holder

Our Associate Kevin French recites his poem about his combined ADHD and autism, known as AuDHD.

AuDHD is a non-clinical term describing the co-occurrence of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in one individual. It reflects a unique neurodevelopmental profile where traits of both conditions exist simultaneously, often leading to complex, contradictory experiences such as craving rigid routine while also seeking novelty.

Here, Kevin weaves the contradictions, the highs and lows, the challenges and rewards, of such a diagnosis.
